We collect your name, shipping address, and email to fulfill your order. If you pay via Stripe, your payment details are processed securely by the provider; we do not store your full card details. If you pay via Crypto, the transaction is decentralized and private.
Discreet Shipping
We prioritize your privacy upon delivery. All orders are shipped in plain, odour-free packaging. There is no branding on the outside of the box that reveals the contents (vapes, pods, or liquids).
Tracking Data & Privacy
To maximize privacy, we limit the sharing of detailed tracking trails. Internal tracking is used to guarantee delivery success. Tracking numbers are generally not shared with the customer unless an order is delayed or disputed. This ensures your purchase history remains private.
